I know a lot of guys on here race hare scrambles and a lot more just ride for fun.
I do a lot of MX racing and the turnout just keeps getting worse.
A lot of tracks wont let quads race and the ones that do are having seccond thoughts since the bike riders comolain about us tearing up their lines. If we had a good turnout the tracks couldn't pass up the extra money from the quads but if we are only getting a few quads the track owners would rather not let us ride and get a better dirtbike turnout.
A lot of tracks are struggleing with poor turnoput and thinking about closing down all together.
Everybody needs to step up and support your local tracks and show up on their race days.
There is also a ATV only MX series in Missouri now and a lot of tracks wont let us have a race their if they dont think we can get over 100 quads. so if you can follow this series it would really help out quad riding in general.
Not everybody has to be a pro level rider to go to the track and have fun and hang out with other quad riders. There are classes for everyone.
Keep quad racing alive. Support your local tracks.

What is the name of this quad only series? Where are the tracks located that have agreed to host these races?

Post a link if the series or tracks have websites. Let's spread the word and get some info out so people can show up and keep things growing.

The ATV only series is called the Central America ATV Series.
There is only one race left this season at Moberly, MO on Oct. 17
For more info you can go to www.level3atvracing.com.

For more Mo racing you can go to www.district18.net and www.district18.info

Another good website for Missouri schedules is www.hadenmx.com

EVERYONE NEEDS TO SUPPORT THE QUADS IN MO. JASON IS RIGHT, THE QUAD TURN OUT SUCKS AT MO TRACKS. IT'S NO FUN WITH JUST ONE OR TWO GUYS IN A CLASS. MO RACE TRACKS ARE AWSOME, COME ON OUT!!!!:D :D :D

I"ll be at Action Motocross this weekend, if you show up just ask at the signup trailer for Kermit, they will find me. If your not into motocross they are having a TT race on Sunday.

I went to high shool there :eek2: Got out in 1992 and moved to St Charles. Been gone pretty much since 1995 but I'm heading home in a few weeks. Just bought a little house a few blocks from Bass Pro shops in St Charles.I still have a bunch of friends in Wentzville so I'm out there quite a bit.

No quads at HWY 47 or Kingsville.

The old Hwy 47 track is now called Action MX and they do race quads it is 3 miles south of the NEW 47 track. I heard 47 might let quads race next year but they don't now.

Hardly any of the tracks around KC let quads race except for the tracks at Hamilton, MO and Sedalia, MO

There is a race in December at the HWY 65 track South of Sedalia.

I thought you were talking about Denis Harris (Harris Automotive) there for a minute... He has aa old red AC up at the shop.

I'm not home yet... 17 more days until I touch down in STL. Then I'm taking off to the East Coast to do some riding for most of November. I might get my Big Bear out of storage and do some riding the first week of November though. Maybe finger lakes??? Maybe just out in Jonesburg at my Uncles place???

It was nice to meet you and your brother today. I'd like to go back out there sometime with the bike (got the new oil tank in now) on a practice day. That dirt looks like it's probably a little harder than the sand is ;) . Might have to get a few MX pointers from you so I dont' fug up too bad.
