Ya it is a gripper the front black part is neoprene. Do not know what kinda material the red is but is gripper.

That is cool. I am not much into the bling thing, but I really like that. Why do they have to have their name all over it, if it wasnt on their I would get one for mine.

You can get it without the logo. They also come in different color combinations, different materials and different stitching designs on the seat panel.
