Parting w/Houser LT front and LT Rear

I'm tossing the idea around of parting with my LT front and rear. I have a Houser XC Long Travel set-up (+1) w/ 19.25" Elka shocks and a Houser swingarm w/round axle carrier, Houser Linkage, Badger Skid plate, Lonestar Axle and Elka shock.

Are there any serious takers?

The +1" is just too tight for the MI woods.
