Hey I just did alot of Polishinh on my 400 and Im going to start on my cases in the next day or to. But if you wanna do your nerfs with out putting awhole lot of work into it... Go buy sum mothers, a buffing wheel for the end of a drill and have a drill... Aply mothers to your nerfs and buff it with the drill and buffing wheel. The more effort you put in to it the more shine youll get out of it... theres not a whole lot to doing nerfs

dont even bother with the steel wool, if you jsut looking for a nice finsh..rub motheres on with a rag, and rub it off...it will come out with a good finish. now..if you want pure bling....you'll have to do some sanding

i usually use steel wool, i like the flexability of it. I work my way down to 0000 (finest) and then apply mothers billet polish, and buff the **** out of the metal. I polished my new 450 bumper last night. anyone wondering, the 450 bumper looks great on the 400ex
