I am geting redy to buy a HMF slip with a WB head-pipe.
will i half to rig eny thing up or will it bolt right up?
what is the power like?

Yup they should supply you with one if you ask. I am selling mine I just took off with quiet core and K&N filter $170

Will the jeting be the same with the head-pipe?

You will need to change the jetting whenever you add a headpipe/silencer.

Go up a few on the main jet and go a little richer on the needle (move the clip down, which raises the needle).

I am going up 5 sizes with the main jet for the slip-on will i need to go biger that that for the head- pipe?

I would start with a 140-145 main and do a plug check to see where you are at. I am running a 165 with minor mods. Check the plug, see if it pops on decellaration. If plug is white/silver it is lean. If it black it is rich. Paper sack brown is right.

I have been going through the same stuff.

my white brothers gave me a good power increase and the hmf is better so i guees it owuld give you a better increas

i got a k&n filter with no air box lid and a HMF/ white brothers head pipe combo on my 250x and i am running a 142 main jet and a 42 pilot and the needle is moved up one position. the plug is perfict golden brown. runs great, lost of power. starts on first kick too and idels good
