+1? +2? Help!

Hey im having a hard time desiding on +1's or +2's I ride/race mx and trail ride....the trails i ride in are fairly wide and i dont have any trouble getting thought them with the stock set up. On the +1's can you really tell that much of a difference in stability?....well I just thought some of you guys could help me out here

I would personally go with plus 2s but if you ride woods also that might not be best.
