400ex pipe...HELP!

Yo...........Iv been lookin for a pipe now for i while and need help........... im sick of stock...........i want a ceramic coated full system........i was lookin at LRD...are they good pipes?..but i heard u lose speed and gain a good amount of horse power.....that dont make no sense..........but im lookin ta pay round 400 for it!...........any suggestion?

wats the best pipe 4 around 400-450?........i want to no if any 1 knew if the lrd is good and details about it..........and does the white brothers e series come in ceramic coated ?
