Hey guys! sorry about the 2-stroke question. Does anyone know if a jug from an 86' 250r will just bolt on to an 83' motor? Or what I may have to do to get it running with this setup.

No it will not. The main difference between the two is the 86 250r top end is liquid cooled while the 83 is air cooled. You would be better off trying to find an old cr 250 top end that is air cooled and bolt it up. Good luck!
