houser a arms

Does anyone on here run houser +3 long travel a arms with a stock steering stem. I saw on there site that you need to run there stem or the tie rods will hit the frame. Was wonderin if anyone had experience with this

I've been rockin the +3's and stock stem for nearly a year w/o a hitch.
