Hi, I haven't seen a thread like this one and I think it'll be a great idea to start one.

What about if you show some custom mods you have done to your quads :D ..Hope you like the idea ;)

well....you wanna see custom...i have a god knows how old go cart with a briggs motor....that thing has so many welds it looks like the freshman shop classes welding experiment.....its already on its second clutch to.....ill hafta getta picture soon:eek2: :macho

Well here's my custom made A arms :) YES I need new shocks ;)
we have all kinds of "custom" stuff you should see the things we've had to do to the blaster to make it a runner/racer :) custom frame fabricating since they chopped it up & put a KTM540 motor in it :rolleyes: made custom heel guards,cutom carb boot,ect I'll go find a pic of it

Sorry but I don't believe that, there is a difference between ******rigged & custom, damn believe me we definetly ******rig stuff but I wouldn't do that too A arms or a frame :huh

Dudette would work :o :p well not just anyone can make them you need to be/know a good fabricator, I learned that there is ALOT of measuring,more measuring, & more measuring :):) LOL but it was cool to be able to be right in there helping him!! I can try to answer some ?? if ya got them. If your gonna ask what they are made of well the bottoms are the stockers that were cut in 1/2 then he added material, he also put plates over/under them to make them stronger, for the tops he cut the stockers off of the ball joint & made ALL new uppers, for the tie rods he also cut those in 1/2 & added tubing over them!! These are SOOOOO heavy duty, they may not be lightweght but I've taken some hard *** hits on the track & not so much as a scratch :) same for the tie rods!! ONe of these days I'll get new suspension for it.

..yo Punk'd, why did you lower the tail light? ..can't imagine the use of it but it's very well done ;)

And last but not least our custom axle,rear brake set up, ect for our LEM, they come /w the crappiest brake set up so we went & got a go cart set up figured if it could stop one of them it'll stop this mini ;), & then we got an adjustable axle for it too, our welder did all this work it took alot too cuz he had to modify it all on make new brackets, cut the swing arm & extend it for the stuff all in all it was worth it (Grampa paid :)) now the child has a FOOT brake like I think all of the mini's should :rolleyes: & we can make it wider or skinnier w/ a couple of adjustments. Next thing we want to do to it is the front end, we have to grease it EVERY time he rides it, hell I can hardly turn the bars sometimes!! OK I think I'm done now hehehe ;)

..that chain guard is REALLY original.. I haven't even imagine one to look like that!
