I just found i nice 1986 250R and i just put a grand in it.And i was just wonderign how a old quad like that can keep up with all the new quads like 400 ex or raptors and cannondales and 660R?

It wasnt named atv of the century for nothing.

Alot of the bikes out have tred to copy the design.

Take the 400ex for instance, the frame geometry is basically the same thing

Simple its a 250R. Beerock is right. Its a 2 choke so it has a lot of power and simple to mod. And the frame geometry can't be any better now or then.
