for tt racing will i need a 14 15 or 16 th front sprocket?

You would probably want the 16t.

Depends on how long the straights are. If they are fairly short 14, medium 15, and if they are pretty long and you get into 5th then go with a 16. They are fairly cheap so buy both and experiment.

ok i gotr ya im am goin with the 14th thin thinks i git in 3ed at about 9200 rpm so i think the 14th wood be good!!!

I don't think you should go below 14t, I was running a 14t and the gearing was very short, then I got 18" tires and it was EXTREMELY short gearing..as in I got into 5th gear on my TRAILS. So I switched to a 15t and it seems just perfect. With your mods, I don't think a 15t is a problem....14t you will be going through the gears WAY too fast and that leaves you with nothing.
