I need some suggestions on what tires to get. I ride in the woods and only in the woods. Lots of mud and trees. So what tires would you suggest I'm looking for long tread life. Also what size. I don't want them to be and wider than stock tires since I have alitttle trouble fitting places as it is.

Razor, Razor II's, or Kenda Klaws sound right up your alley. I've got razor II fronts and they make the quad turn like it was on rails. All have a pretty good wear life.

C&D racing a site sponser is always a good place to look, Rocky mountain atv usually has them in stock, or magicracing.com check with your local dealer on prices also.

Anyone ever have these? What size do I get?

Those work pretty good on the 4x4's but they are wider than what you need.

I have a set of these 22" Mudmachines on my 300ex that I run in the winter and really muddy conditions. They are awesome tires. I have been asked by neighbors if I was on a 4x4 because of how well I get around in the snow. They are a little heavy though. I prefer my Kenda Knarly's for most conditions though.

What size do I get I got stock 400ex tires. Is that price for just one tire?

You would want 20-11-9. The price listed is just for one tire. The Knarly's came highly recommended by the Quadshop. Good luck.

I have been riding razr's now for three years or so and love them. i ride mostly woods (very rocky). i would recommend getting 6 ply for the woods. mine are 20 x 11 x 9. i bought mine at rocky mountain atv

what size front tires

22x7x10 if you want to lower the quad a little in the front you can put 21x7x10 on. It's your height x width x wheel size. You can fit many different sizes as long as it will fit a 10x5 wheel.

If you are going to go 1 inch shorter in the front you may want to stay with the stock 20's out back or it may affect the handling negatively. If you are looking for clearance you can go 22's out back and stick with the stock size in front.

Go with what 300exoh said. If you want the most clearence Get a 23" front.
