I was washing my quad the other day, and i noticed that under the adjustment knob on my left fron shock, (piggyback rezzies) there is some dirt/oil built up. it doesnt look like much, its built up over time, but it is enough to worry me some. Anybody know what this could be, i had the dam* thing rebuilt by elka last year, and they put new gaskets in the whole shock. ANything would help. Thanks

If oil is leaking, so is the nitrogen charge. Trouble is you just don't know how much. You can't measure the pressure without special equipment. Don't try to measure the pressure with a tire gauge, you'll let out even more of the nitrogen and you won't know where you are. At some point you'll just need to take the shock to a shop to have the nitrogen pressure measured/refilled to see how much might have leaked.
