Stock header mod?

I've heard about modifying the stock 400 ex header by grinding the welds, what welds are they talking about?

If you take the header off and look in it you will see them just inside. Grind them smooth and you can tell the difference

Yeah i did it to my friend's 400ex when i rebuilt it , it made a little diffrence, it was pretty good considering it didn't cost anything.
Oh yeah theyalladevil you should come out ridin my way some day, we got some alright trails out here in timberlea , It wouldn't surprise me if you were out here before though.

Sorry I do not have a Digital Camera, But I will tell you they are real nice and look very smooth. However the brake side bolts where to short and I had to use some my stock clutch perch.

they compare to the big dg ones, i want some but i dont want them to be big and very noticeble

I don't know that they are quit that big but you can't miss them.
