i have a lonestar in my ex, it is much tougher than the stock, more expensive but lasts longer than stock bearings, of course i do not use stock equitment so that may have something to do with it. so much more durable, more expensive

I have a Burgard in my 400...I believe I paid around $200 for it. CHeaper than a stocker, stronger, and it will last longer. Also you can grease it;)

Some aftermarket carriers will allow you to put two sets of bearings in it. There is less chance of bearing failure. When the stock honda part costs that much, just buy the better aftermarket one. You can even find a used one that is cheaper than new on ebay. However you will want to buy new bearings.
