Tyler Lenig Quad up in Flames

Badluck for Tyler Lenig stock rider.
Tyler's Cannondale busrt into flames when he was racing at the Mountaineer this weekend and this is his remains

Tyler is a fast racer and has put alot of money and work into his Quad all by himself.I have started a Tyler Lenig Bad Luck Fund
asking all members to help donate to Tyler's bad luck.If you could share $5-$10 to help a fellow racer get bad what he had lost.
Thats less than one meal at BugerKing.Tyler lost Elka shocks
and Tire Balls,He watched his quad burn counting all the pops from his tire balls with nothing he could do.

I am glad to see that no one was hurt, I came by on my second lap and saw flames about 10-15 feet up in the air. Does anyone know why it caught on fire?

It was most likely due to a fuel line coming off.

Same thing happend to a gut in the MHSC at Kahoka. He was on a YFZ450 I think.

Did Tyler have insurance on the bike? I know I checked to make sure my bike was covered after the Kahoka race.

No insurance, thats why Marty is starting the fund for him. Tyler is an exteremly fast up and coming racer. At just 17 years old, he already has 3 podiums to his name!

Tyler's a Junior in High school and doesnt have a job.Hes lost more $8000 in this fire.So if anyone can help.We can accept paypal check or what ever.I 'll list everyones names that donate

I also came around on the 2nd lap and looked to my Left and saw a huge ball of Flames..that freaked me out a little bit...it sux..thank-god Tyler had enuff common sense to jump off when he felt the flames hit his Nads..:eek2: Im donating some cash for him...come on guys help him out he's a great kid.
