It is prob .040 over which is 1 mm over and it would make a 400ex a 406.

well they said that it was a .5 over witch was a 2.5 mil bore or something like that but i dont understand it..

i am wondering if they mean 0.5mm's over. this would be equivlent to a .020 over bore.

Might be tough to find a piston in that bore. That is not a common one.

i thought wiseco made .020 over bores, but i am not too positive.

I'm not sure on the 400's, but Wiseco does make a .50 over for the 250x and 300ex. It is high compression though (12:1).

It is probably a 1mm over bore (.040) which would make it a 406 like already mentioned. They didn't bore ir 2.5mm.

It's probably right too. Wiseco makes .5mm over pistons in 10:1, 11:1 and 12.5:1. All it means is you have a 402 now and that all your cylinder need was the next size up.

well there is definately a difference between .050 and.50. if it says .5, i bet that is in millimeters like i previously mentioned. why don't you call and ask?
