Finally pics of front end

The bike was dirty and these were taken right after dark, so they are not the greatest, but this is by far the best front end I have had on this bike to date. As soon as my 4:1 beadlocks show up I think it will be even better!

Once my new beadlock wheels show up, should be this week, it will measure right at 50", the 2:3 wheels that are on it in the pics make it look like it is 70" wide...lol The front is still going to be 1/2 inch wider than the rear, For some reason my lsr axle does not make it a full 50", only 49 1/2" with the razrs, and 49 with the hoosiers.

For a 250x it runs pretty good, but after this winters rebuild it's gonna scream. You just might be surprised at how little money I have in this quad, but time and labor is another story! It has been put together one piece at a time, and if I couldn't by the parts cheap I didn't buy them.

With it and the bore kit I'm going with it will be real close to 374.5cc. Originally I was going with the 410 kit but GT Thunder talked me out of it.

Do you still have the stem off of your 300?

There is actually a 428cc kit you can put together!:eek2: :eek2: First off he has this bore kit in stock all the time, but also GT and mickey both thought the 370-380 motor actually made the same if not more power than the 410 or 428 and lasted much longer on the track.

:macho :blah: I think I need one LMAO ;)!!!!!! I'm curious what size/brand of piston you are running now?? Man don't you hate that when people want your speed secrets hehehe :devil: we are going to go w/ our 81mm jug for my son this winter to race it, we need to get a piston/sleeve though but I bet that'll wake that thing up even more!! How do you figure out how many cc's your up too?? I'm trying to figure out what mine is LMAO

Is the crank a stock 300?, If so tell me the piston size in mm and I can figure it real quick for ya.

Yeah it's stock, & the piston is a high comp 75.5mm (just a baby one for now ;)) we will be putting an 81mm in it eventually so what is that too?? Thanks Ghak

The 81mm piston will make it a 337.5 which is what is called the 340 kit. The smaller piston is probably still less then 300cc's.

YEA on the 81mm :macho BUT :( on the smaller one, no wonder I can't catch a gal w/ a 305 on the bigger tracks, well that & gearing issues guess it's time to go BIGGER :blah: Thanks for clearing that up for me ;)

Have you seen the 250x/300ex aftermarket hood? I think it looks like shiot! If I thought I could make the 250r carbon fiber look good on it I would.

Anybody know someone who has put a R hood on the 300ex or 250x? It seems like I seen some one on here a while back, but can't find the post.
