sounds like hes fairly new to it all, and the best thing to go for would be reliability, the 300ex's are built with Hondas reliable name, he will be riding more than he will be working on it:P Plus its great for everything else u throw at it.

I got a 300ex and im 15. I think its just the amount of power. dont get a blaster two stroke annoying as hell. 350 isnt as good of reliability

haha no hes not new to it weve both been riding since we were about 4 yrs old. weve both always ridden full size quads other than when we started out on 90's. a couple years ago we both bought bikes and i came back to quads and i finally got him back. now he doesnt want a fullsize quad cause he wants to race in the blaster and youth class. he wants the quad thats best for racing stock out of the three. not really most reliable cause i have sponsors i can get parts from and im a pretty good mechanic.

Well I guess it all depends on certain mods that you are going to get... Both have their ups and downs... the blaster will have more power but the 300ex will have the handling. Both of these bikes can be turned into pretty mean mx machines... I'm sure that he will like both but you have to make the decision of if you want a narrow two stroke or a stable 4 stroke. I would still go with the 300ex...

good luck

Go with the 300ex. It has the best handling out of the 3. Don;t even think about getting a warior/rapto350.

id have to say a blaster ive seen pics of your brother riding and he looks also abit smaller and i think the blaster would suit him better it responds better to modifications, is lighter, and can be made to go really fast

like other people have said...blasters and 300s have their ups and downs

i think your borther should ride both machines and see which one he likes better

Let him test ride both of them. Im sure you got some buddies with both of these quads.

I liked my Blaster alot, but I had overheated issues.... Not to mention I personally think it was an unreliable POS. It was still a great quad.
