help with gearing

i have a stock 02' 400ex. i would like to give up some top speed for more pull off the line. do i change the front or rear sprocket. what size and what brand of sprockets should i use?:confused:

To get more bottom end you either drop a tooth in the front, or add teeth in the rear....The easiest thing i would say would be to drop a tooth in the front! Go to a 14 tooth front.
