05' 400ex Plastics

So how does everyone like the new 05' plastics, i think they will easily bolt on to older 400exs. I think im gonna do that next year. Or if Fullbore comes out with Oem platics for the 05', i'll buy those.

I think they look great.....

looks like 450r without the scoops....

i think it will look nice with a new hood..

reverse might be nice....

i think it looks good but i dont agree with it i thought that the 400ex had a very distinct look and that they should have left it alone although it does look good and i think i will be buying a set of the rear . i think ill keep the front the same.

I think they're going to loose sales, lots of people I know hate the 450R plastics

I like the 450r plastics but I like them on the 450. I also think they will lose sales with the new plastics. I love the old 400 plastics, but thats just me.

I think they should of left them...... 400ex's are one of the best looking quads in my opinion....the new plastics just dont cut it, like the old ones!

They should have upgraded the shocks, and left the plastics alone. It has the crappiest shocks in its class, the Z got ressie shocks, magnesium side cases and valve cover, and a better carb after what, three production years. And Honda waited for the seventh year of production to add reverse and a few extra pounds. :rolleyes:

Sorry I got on a rant, I dont care for the plastics and will stick with the original look.

I hafta get me some of those for sure..I like those even though I dont like it on the 450R I think it would look sweet on my 400..Thats just me though..Maybe they will make them all black like they did the 05 450r's..That would be awesome

i like the new plastic,but they should have left well enough alone and upgraded the shocks and give it sixth gear the only thing they did right was add reverse,but after five years i've goten use to not having it
