I just got my engine back from the machine shop yesterday. Could anyone tell me some information about the kit. I've got the cylinder, piston, and rocker arm installed already.

Please tell me you didn't just install a bore kit without knowing what it was. Powroll's website is www.powroll.com, I think.

I know what it is. I just want to know what others who have done think of it. If they were pleased or thought it sucked.

i finished my engine today installed it and then rode it for a few hours. I could tell it had a lot more power but i was afraid to get on it because it's still breaking in.

i still think that would be a good kit to have should make alot more power espeically witha pipe and filter

The kit made a huge difference, there is a lot of more power throughout the entire power band. I paid $340 or so on the kit(includes shipping) then a $100 machine shop bill. I did all the work myself other than the boring and honing. My dad has a automotive shop so I had all the tools to do it. It's probably pretty expensive to get someone to install it for you.

hey what compression did you get..

do you have a extended swing arm? do you do any hill climbing

sorry for all the question but i have a friend that bought a 250.. and he knows how to hill climb but the stock bike dont have enough get go for some hill climbs.. so he told me to come on exriders to see if they make a kit for his 250 and thenn i seen this thread... so tell me all about it. .. if you dont caare you can pm me i am more likely to see it..

his plan is big bore/ extend the swing arm if he can make it work with the shaft drive.. i dont know how he would do that.. but he thinks he can make it work .. he siad he had an idea what ever that means

you don't gain any speed, just more power. Speed gains come from your gearing. I got my four-wheeler when i was 12 so i got the 250, i wish i would have got a blaster, that's what my brother has. dad wouldn't let me get anything bigger because bigger is more expensive. i don't do any hillclimbing. I ride mainly around my house which includes atleast mainly flat open land and a huge swamp in the back.
