my swing arm kind of shifts on my axle i think its cause that nut beside my brake caliper is loose but im not sure how to tighten it could someone help me out?

Well One of the nuts turns one way and the other rotates the other.:p

The outer nut should be tight against the lock ring. I believe it is right hand thread. The inner ring is left it snugs against the outer to make a lock so it cant come loose.

Your problem with this is going to be the factory thread lock that is on the threads.:rolleyes:

The shaft with the threads itself is on teeth on the axle. It will not move or should not move.
There are tools from honda to use to tighten these nuts or you can use a monkey wrench to do it BUT BE SURE IT IS TIGHT ON THE NUT OR YOU WILL CHEW IT UP AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT!!!

Tighten the outer against the lock ring then tighten the inner against the outer and you should be good to go. If it still moves your bearings are shot, but it should be making some funky grinding noises if the bearings are gone.
