Is there any difference?

is there any differences at all between the 1999 400ex and the 2004 anywhere inbetween
just wondering, might buy a 1999 400ex but was curious to weather or not it is that much dif. then the 2004?

Just a few little things, like they added a battery cover around 02 - nothing that should stop you from buying a 99 or anything. My old EX was a 99 and it ran great and never gave me any major problems...

yea ok well just as long as its no slower or anything like that
whats a decent price for a 99 400ex with a few extras like nerf's slip on skid plates bumpers and some more
does like 2700 2800 sound about right or what?
