Watch Sizing?

Anyone know how to size a watch? My girlfreind just got me a watch but it's too big.

if its leather band and its too big bore couple more holes in it with drill bit, if too small theres a pin where the band meets the watch, take knife and push down its spring load so watch it dont fly away. if its clasp type theres a bunch of holes on the clasp, push down on the pin to take it out and put it in a different hole. i dunno

Depending on the watch you should be able to take a few links off. Thats what my dad did for his Rolex, and the Swiss Army he gave me.:p

Take to the Bon, thats what I did with the Fossil I just bought on-line. Didnt cost me a cent and the had it done in like five minutes while I waited. Some you can do at home and others you have to take to a jeweler.
