xr cam install

ok i just got my xr cam yesterday
i was just woondering if a guy with no mechanical skill at all could install it.?
and wondering how to do it if it is relativly easy.?
i'll oprobly get my shop to do it but i'd kinda like braggin rights for hoppin up my quad myself.

IF you got a service manual and a good torque wrench you can do it..

Rico is right. It isn't too tough to do. Just don't let the cam chain fall down into the case. If you run into problems, you can always ask here.

And watch those three miserable long bolts... I think the hacker who did the 440 work on my buddies EX overtightened them and when we went to pull it apart because the head gasket was leaking (I told you, the guy was a HACKER) all three bolts snapped... What FUN!
