Valve torques

Would someone help me out with the torque values for the rocker arm valve adjusting lock nuts, and the 2 valve cover bolts (intake)? I appreciate the help.

Oops, its a 2000 300ex.

For the 400ex its 11 for the cap, and 17 for the nuts, so the 300ex should be the same.

Thanks, can anyone confirm for the 300. I read a post about valve cover bolts breaking over 7lbs?
