Fab-tech Atv Rip-off

Has anyone else been ripped-off by J.J. at fab-tech atv? If so, what have you been able to do about it ? Who can help? Can anyone out there stop this guy from taking HARD-EARNED money from trusting people like me? PLEASE HELP! Thanks ,BIGMATT61

YEP YEP YEP...HE OWES ME $40 ....he replaced one of his crappy swingarms ( that break ) for me and it took ( 2/3 months to get it )....then i payed for pc and he said it would be 4 more weeks so i said send it without it and jus send the money i sent for pc back to me and he kept the $$....
