I had been running a 155 mj and decided to change to a 160 main jet to see what it would do. Runs great now, really snappy and powerful. Im getting a UNI Airfilter sometime this week. Will I have to rejet any?

Put it on and just check your spark plug this will give you some indidcation as what to do as I think you'll be ok but check and make sure.

Is your airbox lid opened? Also, when you hit the throttle, does it want to bog for a bit then pick up? I have a HMF slip on, and my 155 is a tad rich at 1500 elevation, and in the 70's. I can tell it is a little rich when I punch it in 3rd gear. It will bog for 1 second then pick up. This is when it is putting around. When the temps cool, or I go ride at the dunes (Lower elevation) it should be purr-fect.:o

This is with the airbox lid on. When i hit the throttle in any gear it will take off right away. When i had the 155 i could tell it was lean. Popping bad on deceleration. I just didn't know if I needed to go up any when I got this filter.

if it is popping bad on deceleration (when your not on the gas), your just too lean on the pilot jet/fuel screw. put in a 42 pilot jet and turn the fuel screw out 2.5 turns from lightly seated.
