wierd sound

I recentley took my 2003 400ex to the track and got it covered in mud. when I brought it home I changed the oil lubed the chain washed it ect.... there is an odd sound like a screatching type of sound when i'm in first gear. After I get on the throttle it goes away i'm not sure what it is. Any suggestions?

have u changed your axle bearings lately? if it was that it would prob do it in every gear tho...
