I have a 32mm pumper on my 300ex, when ever I cross water it wants to stall out. Actually it will idle, but when given any more throttle it dies. After a minute or so I can ride again. Silicon grease on all electrical connections. I check the air box for water but it appears dry. Could I be having a carb vent tube problem issue? I've heard of tee'ing off with an additional vent tube so a vacuum wont form?
Also, I cleaned and re-oiled my K&N, now it doesn't want to run well with the filter on (rich, I guess). Which way do I turn the Pilot Air Screw/Fuel screw (same screw correct?), in/out to add more air? I assumed out = more air, but don't notice the difference.
