please help with posting a pic

everytime i go to post a pic it says the filr is too big. max bytes is 102400. how do i down size my pic to make it work. please tell me what i need to do and how to do it.

you need to make the picture smaller.

If you have adobe photoshop you can change the image size.

or you can send me the pic and ill resize it for you.

but thats the jist of it, you need to resize it until it is under the maximum bytes
