they're $800...wouldn't a set of Elkas destroy them at that price?

no rebound or compression adjustment
Preload adjustment effects the ride
No Long travel
Rear shock not available.

The shocks seem like entry level until they can add the seperate adjustments. The price is a little cheaper than what is used to be. I guess that they are marketing them as "lightweight" shocks instead of racing shocks, in that niche they are 100% correct.

I talked to them awhile back and then decided on Axis.

That's a cool review though! He's testing at an area that I like to ride on occasion. The whoop section he is testing on is definitly pretty harsh, but they don't have a lot of serious jumps their.. at least that I've come across.

I would imagine Fox could probably drop their price down quite a bit and still make some money on those. They would probably sell a bunch if they did.
