400ex pipe help

I need a pipe that isn't that much louder than stock but will in increase hp a good amount. Do they make such a pipe???Thanks

Not. IMO that pipe is one of the worst. I will agree it has good hp gains, but the quality just isn't there. Seems that 85% of people who purchase the e-series have them crack, and I am one of them people. Your not going to get a quiet pipe with as good of power as a loud pipe, seeing as how its not going to flow as much. Get an HMF slip-on, and if its to loud for you, get the quiet core for it;)

What is wrong with supertrapp? I have the Supertrap TC shorty on my 400ex, and its one of the top pipes on the Dyno. Great pipe, quality, sound, and power:D

He's probably talking about how loud they are.

I'd go with the HMF and buy a quiet core for it.

yea hey are loud and some sound really crappie too so. wait wait...myHMF that i got for my 250x was a screamer and still is and i even had the quite core with it , theres not to many pipes out there that arent much louder than stock except a stock pipe just wtih the baffel out ...
