Round 5 of the GNC TT Series was held at Paducah International Raceway in Kentucky.

The track was located just minutes from the intersection of the Ohio and Tennessee rivers. The waterways are a big part of Paducahs history, economy and way of life. From the Four Rivers Performing Arts Center and the Center for Maritime Education, to the River Heritage Museum and the floodwall murials.

The track was real fast and slick. The riders really had to work to make a pass.

The Pros were unbelievably fast during practice, and their heats were even faster. Heat 1 included Mr. Timothy Farr, sitting 1st in points.

When the light went green, they were off in a hurry, and it was Keith Little getting the holeshot, with Shane Hitt, Harold Goodman and Tim Farr right behind him.

Unfortunately, #47 Zac Willett came off his bike going into the infield and the race was red flagged.

He was alright and able to get back on and head to the line. Once again, the green light was out and they were off.

With almost an identical start as earlier, coming into the infield it was Keith Little, followed by Shane Hitt, Harold Goodman and Tim Farr.

By lap 2 Shane Hitt had taken over the lead, and Tim Farr had moved up to put pressure on Keith Little for second.

Heading into the infield on lap 5, Farr made a pass on Little to take over 2nd and set his sights on Hitt. Goodman rounded out the leaders pack.

A little ways behind the leaders, battling for 5th and 6th, were #316 Jathan Seale and #2 Darin Ogden.

The next group back was fighting hard for positions. Taking 7th was #318 Brandon Watts, 9th was #626 Jason England and 10th place was #81 Chris Gary.

#22 Brad Covington stayed tight with that same group and was able to earn 8th place.

As they came by the checkered flag, it was #5 Shane Hitt taking the win!! #4 Tim Farr was still hard on the gas, pulling the front wheels up across the finish line. And #12 Keith Little sucessfully held on for third, with #708 Harold Goodman taking fourth.

Stephen Groden, the 265B points leader took first for the third time this year. He also took 3rd in the 16-24 class where he site second in points.

Bobby Giles won his second in a row and moved to the top of the points. Plus he kept it right side up in the 16-24 class and finished second.

Great coverage. I love to see all the classes even and especially the little guys and girls that are out there making it happen!!! EXCELLENT!
