drags tonight

just got back from the drag races....raced junier dargs on my banshee, got 3rd and came home with 10 hole dollars:eek2: :D

then just pooped out in the other classes, my friend beat me on his 250ex

Umm... what ? You are racing a banshee and your friend owned your *** with a 250ex ? Is that even possible or are u just blowing hot air outa ur ***** ?

their had to be some mechanical error to get beat by a 250ex in a drag

ya there was first switching to 2nd it bogged and thats wasted a second then i couldnt get it into 4th at the end so i just pulled in the cluch and just rolled and he beat me by 0.061

the race before that was a good run and this guy had a smoken banshee and i left the line first the he just cought up and passed me, he won by 0.009:eek:

my fastest time was 4.90 then they started to get slower liek 5.00 then 5.20 then 5.40, i let it site for 20 or so min. then raced again and ran a 5.00

i run a 5.7 on my blaster with my jettin RICH! i gotta go down to a size .101 main.. i have a .104 in there right now though:D so i should be able to get it down to 5.5 maybe 5.4 next race.. if i do a couple other things too

ummmmmmmmmm. what the he!! are you running in that blaster, when im one of the fastest quads around my area, the fratest quad tonight was running a 5.5 and that was on hooped up banshee, well there was a rotax snowmobil /banshee runing 4.00

well first off.. how long is the track that you are runnin at

Sounds cool but what was your speed and how many feet was the track? Was the track a dirt one?

see the tracks i race are dirt and 300ft... he races asphalt i beleive but dont know how long:confused:

i used to race 1/8 asfalt, but now i race 300ft. dirt......track dont show speeds

well if your bike is supposed to be one of the fastest you have no idea what we run down here... track record is a 3.9 from the boys from la... come to monitcello one night and race with us.. it will be a treat :D

what drags do you go to ? ( name) the record at out track is 3.9 too, well i ant the fastest im probly 5th fastest, im not done yet with my banshee, this is only the 3rd time ive taken it to the dirt races, im still looking for the right gearing, i am going up next week to mess with the gearing
