ok so the new 400ex is supposed to new gear ratios or seomthing. so how fast does it go now?

yeah with reverse, the description said the 400 has new ratios, proably a few mph here and there. it will probably do the usualyy 65 or so.

How fast would a 36 rear help me go. Does anyone have these and how do they work.

i dont have a 36 rear, but i have a 16 front. It makes a load of difference

reverse woudl be so saweet but whne you buy a brand new 400 you could buy a new 450r or yfz for a little more

i have 14/39 and 14/36 gearing for my 400 but im also piped and jetted etc. with the 36 rear it feels a lil faster topped out then stock even tho i have a 14 in the front and with the 39 it pulls in 3rd like it does in 1st and second. if u go 15/36 ur gonna have no bottom end....i wouldnt recommend that
