ok i am thinkin about flippin my front rims for a bit of a wider stance on my 250ex and was wonderin if it works well and if there are any problems with doing it. any input appreciated.

Yes it works. Doesnt give u much more width, but it helps.

its not a good idea if you jump cuz it puts alot more stress on the ball joints....thats what i heard....:cool:

yea i 4got about that....also it causes horrible bumpsteer

You will get some terrible bump steer. It will also like to dart around when you land off a jump if you offset it too much. I would go with douglas 2-3 offset rims. You will not get much wider with these. Or try to get some wider a-arms. you will be much happier with the end result.
Just my 2 cents.
how do you just move the valve stems to the other side? drill through aluminum? how do you patch up the old hole? I wanna go do this now

they make short valve stems that barely stick out. they are metal instead of rubber and only cost a little bit more than normal ones. you can usually get them from a tire store.
