shocks

[400ex men]

will the 250x shocks work on a 400ex and is it a good are a bad set up ive got the Durablue Lowering Kits with the stock shocks now and i race tt?

I'm not sure how that would work. I know you can run 400ex shocks on a 250x/300ex if you buy the shock mount. It would defiantly lower it, but i dont think it would be a very good setup. I would think they would be way to soft.

It does work if you race flat track. You cannot jump them at all and it probably wouldnt work with extended a arms. My friend races flat track and borrows my bothers set of 300ex shocks for the races and is consistantly top 3 in the open class.
