will the 250x shocks work on a 400ex and is it a good are a bad set up ive got the Durablue Lowering Kits with the stock shocks now and i race tt?

it won't work I tryed 300ex shock just for fun and they are to sort it will brake you ball joint. Don't do it.

WEll I don't know about it breaking the ball joints but it handles LIKE CR@P!!!!!! WE tried it on our 400 & it wasn't a good thing, just use the lowering kits :huh man I wish I had a set of them I'd be racing the 400 all over!! You can also try some street bike shocks about 13" long, they are stiffter so it'll be better than the soft 250/300 ones :) We do have a set we are going to be trying sometime, not sure what they are off of but there's a guy that uses the set up & seems to like it!

what I mean by braking the ball joint is that when I put them on my stock a-arms. the a-arms where as high up as they could go and the shocks where not even compress. :eek:
