please mods don't move this...are the 300ex calipers the same as the 400?

i jsut need a quick yes or no answer then this thread can be dleted,i have my 300 calipers left over,and if they are the same,i want to send them out to pappy to get powdercoated,thanks

I think they are because they use the same brake pads. Just throw one on and see real quick...

the calipers are the same, but you will need 400ex caliper mounts for it to work.

The calipers are the same. I had 400ex spindles and a arms on my 300 and the calipers bolt up the same.
