They are in pretty good shape they are just stiff on my 250 because of the different dimensions. I asked works about it and they said that the 250 and 300 shocks were completely different and they could rebiuld them to work better for the 250 but i dont feel like puttin any more money in them. I dont ride as much as i used to. And yeah this thing is gettin a lil heated. Let me know whats goin on so i know what to tell these other ppl. I got them from 2k2-300exnj on here so he might be able to let u know a lil more about their performance on the 300. I cut the bushings on the bottom but they can still be put on i have both halves to them still they were just too wide.
