yes because the throttle tube goes on the other side...im looking in chaparral and they have t2s for 400ex but their $200 and the cr high bends are $124...i dont know if the cr high bends will mount up on a 400 or not

I use thumb throttle. This won't make that grip slip will it?

I have T2 CR hi bend on my 400 and they are like that also. I have a stock steering stem, so I had to get an adaptor kit. I got mine from Golden West Cycle about 3 years ago. They used to have a really good deal on the whole kit. Not sure if they still do?

Just use good grip glue and safety wire your grips, they shouldn't come off. I've had the same set of Tag grips on for a while now with no problems.

Tip I saw posted on here and have used is to put a couple of wraps of masking tape on the bars first so the glue has a more porous surface to stick to, working good for me so far...

This is off the subject but the T2's are the best damn bars you can buy! I have them mounted with the lonestar stem and riser. I just last week i was ridin through a field at my buddy's house and hit a washout 3rd gear pinned on my 400ex. After i flew over the bars i thought it was all over for her. I broke my arm but to my surprise barely anything happened to my quad. I thought my bars would be badlly tweeked but they are mint. I love the t2's. and just wonderin if anyone out there reads this, i need now a stock upper lest a-arm and a stock front whell if anyone is sellin either of those. thanx

i had tag x-5's on my 250ex. rolled a few times. the bars held up rreally good. i think i roled it twice and the stem bent before the bars bent. the bars never bent to my surprise.. good handle bars.
