416 price?

if i send my motor to sombody and have a 416 installed and the head ported and have it sent back ready to go, about how much am i looking at

if anyone can tell me what they payed or at least give me a ballpark estimate it would be a big help

Why are you sending your motor out?? Buy a $25 service manual and do it yourself, save and TON of money and learn somthing at the same time;) I believe I paid $120 for my JE 416 10.8:1 piston, and about another $120 for my Hotcam stage 2. Doing the motor work myself was free;)

take the jug to a local machine shop with the piston, rings, and demensions and they should be able to do it. costed me 35 bucks for mine to get bored
