This is my first post and I'm not sure that I am doing this right. I just put a durablue axle from a 400ex into my 450r. It seems like it fit good. To align the sprocket I had the teeth from an old sprocket turned off and used it as a spacer. I bolted it to the good sprocket and tack welded them together. I installed it without the washers but did use threadlock because the nuts just fit. It looks like it lines up right. I'll test it this weekend. I'm looking forward to any and all replies.
