Thats a nice truck man, just watch out, the rear ends go fast :P or atleast mine did. Hammering on it every chance i go prolly didnt help tho. Put some beefy tires on it if your gonna use it offroad a lot, it will look nice.

Never paid attention to the gas mileage. Pulling a trailer I know it sucks gas like a mofo.

The cover is something my mom made for me. She is planning on starting a business doing custom work. It was an experiment while I was home for christmas. She traced it off my shirt, enlarged it on the copier, cut it out of material, then sewed it on. It turned out pretty damn good for her first try. She's the bomb .....

i have a 02 ranger but mine is only 2wd and it only has the 3.0 motor in it..i need to get new pics though.

i would highly recomend putting at least a cover on it yes it helps gas milage... without one i was getting about 245-275 miles to a tank normal everyday driving (no freeways) and when i slapped the cover on i am now getting between 320-365 miles to a tank...16 gal tank if that makes a difference.

not sure so dont quote me on it, but i think you are going to need more than a 3 or 5 inch lift to clear 35s

Where can you find a cover for a truck, and how much are they usually?

just what i was about to say. 6 sounds about the minimum. 35's are a pretty good sized tire. im putting 33inch mud terrains on my 92' f-150. im going to get about a 2inch lift so i can clear them without rubbing. i have 31's on it right now and its not even close to rubbing.
buddy of mine an 88' f-250 single cab long bed with 10inches of lift and 38.5inch swampers on it. it was a featured truck in 4wheeler mag. it was the cleanest truck in the world untill the latch on the hood broke and now the alternator went out and they are too lazy to fix it so he has a 30,000dollar truck sitting out at his barn for 2 years oxydizing all the paint. its a shame. he wants to sell it if anyones interested. he says 10,000. but it wont sell for that now. its got a crate 302 bored and stroked to a 347. 511 gears. 5speed with shift-in 4x4. with about 2000 bucks and a couple months this truck could be show quality. just needs the hood painted and some touch up on the body. and some clean up on the crome.

I have a 2003 with 2inches of lift and it has 33's and is sweet. My buddy had anywhere from 4 to 10 inches on his. But he kept going bigger and bigger until he flipped it over on the way to work one day so be careful.

2inches clears 33's easily.
4inches should clear 36's???
I would sure hope 6inches would.

Mine is hard to get in and out of and I am 6'3" tall.
