Any opinions on east coast atv?

Are they ok to deal with, good cst service, good availability etc...

I've seen a couple of threads on here in the past about people having problems with them and when I called them one time looking for a used hub they were pretty rude.

I have called them a few time to ask questions and they have always been pretty helpful and nice to me.
