rear brake caliper rebuild..who does it??

i need my rear caliper rebuilt but im not sure who to send it to or if i can do it myself. what does it entail(sp)??. how much would this cost me??

it sounds like a deal, but i would still like to know what all you do to it. and how much would parts be because this caliper is in pretty bad shape. i dunno if it would be worth it or not, maybe i should just look for a better 300ex caliper?? what do you think
