i'll be honest, i didnt pay for my quad. But my dad loves racing as much as I do, and I dont really ask for much stuff on it, he asks me what i need on it, and then he does it. And we buy alot of the stuff used anyway. And i have two jobs, football, and mowing throughout the summer. And i never ask for any money, but they give me lunch money like almost any parent would. And during football, i can only work on saturdays, and all that money goes to freakin gas. So you can say what you want. But if my dad didnt love racing as much as i did, I wouldnt have this stuff.

That's cool, as long as you respect your parents and what they're doing for you. I wish my parents were like that, but they're not, but I could never complain because I know things could always be worse. I pay for everything of mine and it just makes me feel that much better about myself.

o yea, i totally respect what they do for me. And in return i dont ***** and moan about how the quad is running or anythign like that, because im the one who works on it. And i respect the stuff on that even when i dont buy it. Alot of people, well, kids around my area, dont give a crap about a part when their parents get it for them, but i for one know its way to expensive, and i hate havin my stuff broken/trashed, so i care for everything. I just cant stand the kids around here that dont pay for one single thing at all, and just whine more to their parents about crap and have no respect for them at all.

thats cool that you respect your parents like that. My dad used to buy all my stuff but im an independent person and I just said that i would do everything for it. just now do I have a weekend job and saving and starting to buy aftermarket parts. All I can say is you have a sense of pride and respect for yourself when you buy your own parts and know that once your finished and its the exact way you want it that you paid for it with your own blood, sweat, and tears.

Well you could not have paid much for it because at even 12.00 an hour for the whole two months your out of school you would only bring home about 3000.00. If that. I dont know too many companys thats going to hire a 13 year old and pay them more then 12.00 or even close to that.
